Greg Garneau, Crew Chief and Driver
A resident of Carmel Valley, CA, Greg owns a utility company that contract operates private water systems. As the crew chief for the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca Pace Car Team, he is responsible for keeping all the pace cars in top racing condition.
Some of Greg's Motorsport successes include:
- Currently building a Mazdaspeed3 touring car that will run in several different series
- 1999-current, Spec-Miata crew chief and car builder, numerous wins and records including a newly built Spec-Miata that won 3 races in a row in 2009
- 2006-current, vintage racing Alfa Romeo's
- 2000-2004 Crew Chief and builder of a BMW that ran in the Speed World Challenge Touring Car Series
- 1995-current, restoration of vintage muscle cars
- 1997-1999 NASA Pro-7 Mazda RX7 race series
- 1988-current, Nor-Cal Shelby & Green Flag club track events
